Prepare the Base Layer:

- In a bowl, cream butter and custard powder together. Gradually add powdered sugar and milk, beating until smooth. Spread evenly over the base layer.
Prepare Chocolate Topping:
- Melt chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat or using a double boiler. Pour over the custard layer and spread evenly.
Chill:
- Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until firm.
