Honey Glazed Ham

Preheat oven:
- Set oven to 325°F (165°C).
Prepare ham:
- Place ham in a roasting pan. Score the surface in a diamond pattern.
Make glaze:
- In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, butter, and spices. Heat until smooth.
Apply glaze:
- Brush half of the glaze over the ham.
Bake:
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for about 1.5 hours.
Glaze again:
- Remove foil, brush remaining glaze over ham.
Finish roasting:
- Bake uncovered for another 20–30 minutes until caramelized.
Rest & serve:
- Let rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
