  • 1 cup wheat berries cooked
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peas blanched
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method
